ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
6 months internship, starting in the first quarter of 2021
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg) or The Hague (Netherlands), you will support in positively positioning SES Networks as a customer centric, customer success focused company in the eyes of customers and partners by creation of physical and digital branded materials and support their market development.
You will also provide support and planning for the use of resources to build the pipeline by supporting and leveraging customer success.
Organize campaign suite folder for key verticals, looking at all that exists, what we need to create, make available for the team;
Support in developing content / assets per vertical within customer campaign plans;
Campaign monitoring - report in key highlights of campaigns and format into a slide ;
Co-ordinating co-branding requests with internal or external designers;
Support in collecting data on customers and campaigns document and manage materials for use in blogs, press, use cases;
Support in sourcing cutaway imagery, checking transcripts, manage translation when needed and ensuring content is uploaded to the right platforms.
Being a current student in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field;
Excellent general communication and interpersonal relations skills;
Fluency in English with strong writing skills; other language skills considered an asset;
Self-starter, proactive working attitude, ability to work independently as well as in team;
Ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines;
Computer literate in MS suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), web tools, photo and video editing;
EU-nationality or work permit for Luxembourg or The Netherlands.
