Organisationaland Conduct Compliance Officer
INGLuxembourg is looking for a full-time Organisational and Conduct Complianceofficer to support the current team.
Job description
The Organissational andConduct Compliance (OCC)team and the Employees Compliance and Ethics team (ECE)are new departments within Corporate Compliance.
On a local level, formateriality reasons, the OCC and ECE team are combined.
As member of the Organisationaland Conduct Compliance team, your purpose is to manage risks arising from Unfair Customer Treatment, Conflictsof Interest, Financial Market and Investor’s Protection, Market Conduct,Anti-Competition, Organisational Conduct and Data Protection.
On the ethicalside, your purpose is also to help ING manage risks arising from our norms,attitudes and behaviours related to risk awareness, risk-taking and riskmanagement.
Your team shares acollective responsibility forall the end to end compliance 31 processes in place to identify, manage, reportand escalate the Compliance risks underyour remit.
You will share responsibility to identify, manage, report andescalate local risks for your risk areas.
At the same time, you will contributeto the shape of global policies and be responsible for drafting andimplementing local guidelines and standards where additional local requirements do exist.
You keep track / oversight ofthe local implementation of all policy-driven requirements by means of issuetracking, monitoring, Risk Dashboards, and other risk specific reporting(regulatory and internal reporting) to internal stakeholders includingCorporate Compliance.
The team has ongoinginteraction with its correspondent team located at Business Line Compliance. Theteam will participate in the global OCC ECE community.
The OCC team will consist of 5 team members as partof the Compliance team.
You willhierarchically report into the local Head of Compliance.
