Job Description

SOGETI is looking for a talented, driven and experienced REACT Software Engineer to join our company.

As part of the Digital department composed of smart & dedicated people like yourself who make an impact with both internal and client stakeholders, you will participate in the Software Development lifecycle of a project.

At SOGETI, consultants can work with a variety of different customers, tools and methodologies; something that would otherwise take many years to gain.

Your challenge :

  • To participate in the full software development life cycle at all stages including : Analysis & Backlog definition;Solution design;
  • Development;Testing;Implementation;Follow Agile development best practices;To create and maintain documentation;To be responsible for working closely with the product owner to create software that meet the business needs;
  • To be able to think through business use cases;
  • To continue to develop skills, knowledge and ability to improve processes and procedures, and keep updated on trends and developments in the industry.
  • This included meeting annual personal development goals.

    Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of HTML5 / CSS3 experience;
  • Excellent knowledge in developing with React Framework V16+;
  • Excellent knowledge of state management tool (like Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX,);
  • Experience with implementing responsive web applications;
  • Experience consuming / interacting with REST APIs;
  • Passionate about good design & user experience;
  • Knowledge of software architectures principles, design patterns and best practices;
  • Experience in using version control systems (git);
  • Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing (Azure DevOps);
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with frequent release cycles;
  • Experience working within cloud-based environment;
  • Strong written / oral communication skills;
  • Good command in French and English.
  • Education :

    3+ years university degree in IT and 5 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
