Purpose of the position

The Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Cash Management & Retail within the Transactional Banking Division. He / she should build, expand and monitor the long-

term relationship with our clients, as well as advise and offer our services and products.

Primary duties & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are :

  • Attracting new corporate customers to the Bank, selling Bank’s product and services, managing own pipeline of clients autonomously;
  • preparing on-boarding documents package with primary analysis of information;
  • Managing payment, foreign exchange, deposits and securities transactions, providing high level of KYC analysis following risk-
  • based approach with proper documentation of supporting information; escalating cases of unusual operations. Ensuring full compliance with EU, Luxembourg and internal rules and regulations;
  • Providing high quality service to corporate clients in terms of products follow-up, informational and documentary requests;
  • Managing commercial targets of own customers portfolio with follow up of profitability vs. internal costs and risks; making proposals for commercial improvement of the banking offer;
  • Reviewing and providing regular remediation and updated of KYC files.
  • Secondary duties & Responsibilities

    To maintain a back-up function during vacations and absences of other employees in the Transactional Banking Department :

  • Team support in daily duties : coverage of colleagues’ customer portfolios and transactions;
  • Providing 2nd line support to retail clients, performing necessary daily routine transactions on on-boarding and account closure;
  • Middle Office support : update of documents and static data.
  • Job Holder profile

  • University / Bachelor degree in Finance, Economy or a related field;
  • More than 2 years of experience in banking Cash Management / Customer Desk / Middle Office or in similar positions;
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-related techniques;
  • Solid knowledge of AML / Compliance principles
  • Perfect fluency in English and Russian. French or German are an asset;
  • PC literacy : good knowledge of Microsoft Office. A previous experience on T24 would be an asset.

  • Able to propose balanced and logically proven solutions;
  • Able to convey information clearly, accurately, with credibility and self-control.
