About F4A F4A was established in 2018 in Luxembourg with the aim of reducing food waste on a supermarket level. Thanks to its tech solutions, F4A promotes close to expiry date products at a discounted price and optimizes the food supply chain.

For more information please visit : Overview : We are looking for a strong and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team.

The core mission of the role will be to develop and oversee online marketing strategies and ensure that digital marketing campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with F4A app users
  • Plan, launch and monitor App acquisition campaigns
  • Plan, launch and monitor optimized online adverts through Google Ads (search, display campaigns, etc.), Facebook Business Suite, etc.
  • to increase company / brand awareness and conversion rate.

  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image and copy optimization etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, WebTrends, Bitly, etc.)
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Align with the Community Manager on Social Media strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Liaise with the Key Account Managers on new partner launches
  • Liaise with the Finance and Operations department to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns on the budget
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Must-have requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO / SEM / SMO
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools ( Google Analytics etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs, ability to interpret website traffic
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Fluency in English and French is a must
  • Nice-to-haves

  • Any other language is considered a plus
  • Experience with B2C and B2B social media is a plus
  • Experience working in a dynamic startup environment
