To continue our expansion drive we are hiring a Delegated Oversight / Outsourcing Controlling Officer Your areas of responsibility : Organizational, coordinative and technical / content-
related responsibility for the connection of new and existing outsourcing partners Establish, own and continually develop the Manco s oversight controlling model to ensure and assess reliable due diligences procedures Ensure and update an effective control framework for the current outsourcing activities Lead and organize periodic service reviews / due diligence meetings with group-
internal and third party service providers including on-site visits Review relevant documentation provided by outsourcing partners like questionaires and ISAE reports Monitoring and coordination of escalation processes / incidents Regular communication, ensuring the flow of information and exchange with the specialist departments, the management, outsourcing partners and the Group Provide initial due diligence as well as continuous monitoring of outsourced distribution activities Act as central contact person and coordinator Creation and maintenance of all procedures and process descriptions in the context of outsourcing controls Contribute in managing the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with service providers in order to oversee the quality of the services rendered and improve operational efficiency What you offer : Degree from university or technical college or successful completion of comparable vocational training Several years’ professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in the control environment or risk controlling Sound knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral Being fluent in English, German would be an asset You are able to work and communicate with senior level clients and management Good communication skills Well organized and working independently Work as a team player having strong analytical and problem-
