  • For one of our client, a well-established European investment management company specialized in Real Estate and Private Equity;
  • we are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant- Corporate , to provide administrative support to the Finance team.

    You will have a broad range of duties, including : Administrative filing of paperwork.

    Writing and formatting reports, notes, letters and other documents Monitoring day-to-day administrative matters of investment portfolios Being in charge of the payment processing and maintaining payment control list Maintaining cash books Assisting the internal departments in receiving organizing and filing documents and other paperwork Monitor office inventory and order office supplies when needed.

    Organize and Schedule appointments Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report Profile : With minimum 1 to 2 years of experiences in similar administrative experience preferably in a corporate environment Highly Multitasks and flexible person who shows great organization skills and knows how to work under pressure Great attention to details and Organizational skills are essential Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point Fluent in English, any other language will represent an asset If you are interested in this position, please send your application to Pauline Hortal
