The role : Within one of our Business Units, you will assist with the administration of a portfolio of international clients.
Draft corporate and legal documentation in relation to the day-to-day management of companies; Assist the team in organising meetings (board, shareholders’ meetings, etc.
and the preparation of the related materials;Liaise with external third parties (administrative bodies, notaries, banks, lawyers, etc.
Acting as a team member;Curious, motivated and eager to learn;Strong attention to detail, accuracy;Excellent organizational and administrative skills. >
