The opportunity : Within the Proactive Solutions team, you will : Prepare, organize, coordinate and follow-up on necessary actions / steps to ensure implementation of contracted Proactive Solutions services into customer infrastructure ( vehicles, IT systems, processes, people).
Execute hardware installations on vehicles (for internal related RSSI Validation studies, for customers purpose & possible marketing activities) Perform, update and execute training for end-
users, installation providers and OTR partner dealers to ensure know-how transfer, proper application of necessary processes and adequate use of available systems and tools.
Support technical questions and develop Proactive Solutions partners and external installation providers to ensure the installation service level according to market needs.
Developing new installation partners in the respective countries / Clusters. Assure quality of installations following the installation playbook and standards Check / pre-
alignment with customer regarding scheduled visits to ensure vehicle availability Take actively actions in field trouble-
shooting in order to support Proactive Solutions customer support activities. To join our team you will need : Education : The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Mechatronic Languages : Language : English, French / German + any other language is considered as an advantage Experience : 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical works (installation, repair, troubleshooting ) Strong technical background , ideally in construction / port / industrial and / or commercial off-
