Socialization of the global and EMEA strategy for private market assets (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, loans) to service clients across key client segments and to facilitate strong growth across EMEA in target client segments
Ownership of full execution of the strategy, working with regional Product heads and also across the various Operations, Technology, Innovation and Product groups to ensure best in class capabilities implemented as per the strategic roadmap
Delivery of a strong go to market strategy, leveraging best in class complimentary capabilities from across the Citi franchise.
Facilitate and play active role in product, sales processes for new CFS business and retentions where Private market assets are important components.
To establish a significant presence at industry events, in publications and with consultants in order to achieve leadership position recognition.

Citi is driving a period of sustained change in a complex and challenging market environment. This role entails focus on one of the major initiatives in Custody and Funds Services (CFS) EMEA to drive our strategy working with our current clients and potential prospects
Our CFS strategy is to be the best in class across the key CFS services of Custody, Fund Administration, Middle Office and data delivery and reporting.
The ethos is to leverage and configure state of the art technologies and advanced techniques to deliver the strategic client servicing model.
The role will be central to our client engagement, focus groups and internal stake holders in meeting the key objectives of GFS global and EMEA franchise.
Principal Accountabilities :
Assessment of competitors and marketplace alongside client needs to feed into a successful strategy for private market assets within CFS EMEA and across the global purview
Definition and execution of detailed plan to underpin strategic roadmap with relevant Technology, Operational and service organisation, ensuring utilization of newer technologies where possible (working alongside the innovation focused group)
Ownership of full development cycle inclusive of operating model, architecture and data delivery to deliver a best in class capability
Adherence to internal risk and control frameworks and presentation at relevant committees for approvals
Coordination with global Product managers, Client executives and Sales, prospect and current clients to ensure validation and sponsorship of strategy
Full and robust go to market strategy encompassing internal and external education and marketing campaign to facilitate sales channel
Extensive knowledge of private market assets and CFS client requirements
Good presentation skills
Ability to drive new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people through maturity of approach
Proven track record of implementing complex change in challenging environments
Command of budget control and risk management processes
Education Qualifications :
Graduate Level (in Finance, Commerce or Equivalent Discipline) or equivalent Professional Qualification
Extensive years industry experience with in depth experience of middle office / accounting for private market assets
Previous exposure to implementing innovative approaches / techniques
Previous experience within Investor Services business or related Fintech organisation in a Product, Operations or Coverage Role
Business experience in managing diverse teams, functions and skill sets
