Mission : Ensure that correct customer service procedures are established and adhered to for achieving the maximum return possible on customer orders while continually improving responsiveness, reliability and service through innovative systems.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop quotations, enter and monitor orders and communicate with customers on all matters including product selection, pricing, delivery schedules, inventories, credits, complaints, tech support , distributor / customer contracts etc.
Organize inbound and outbound traffic activities for domestic shipments including preparation of all necessary documents, coordination of freight forwarder contracts as well as auditing and approving payment of all freight related services.
Manage administrative activities associated with the customer service function including, procedures, the maintenance of customer correspondence, purchase orders, shipping documents and blueprint files, as well as keying of all invoice transactions.
Communicate with Finance dep. related to commercial transactions
Observe applicable procedures regarding controlling rules (audits).
Identify quickly and efficiently any customer complaints and ensure they are dealt with effectively and professionally.
Serve as a liaison between customer and internal Departments to co-ordinate resolution to customer complaints, concerns, questions, quality issues, or enhancement requests.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Degree in Administration or Sales.
3 to 10 years of experience in Customer Service in an Industrial environment.
Good knowledge of Industrial Products & Distributors.
