In-House General Counsel - Alternative Division Funds
An outstanding reputable firm, working across one of the largest range of jurisdictions is currently looking for a General Counsel.
It is quite a diverse and combined responsibility role where you really get to advise and consult where your voice is really respected when it comes to all legal proceedings in Luxembourg and globally.
The role is newly created, meaning you'll be the first person to come in and make the role yours, but also having all the responsibility when it comes to reporting to the two most senior Directors in the Luxembourg Office.
You will also be the go to’ Legal person for group best practices and leading the way for any complex transactions, investors updates, and shareholder queries for all the real estate and private equity fund division.
The role itself : - Reviewing and maintain legal proceedings- Drafting all relevant high-level legal documents- Coordinate external legal counsel duties- Act as the groups representative for third parties.
