Your Role As a Java architect you have the following responsibilities : Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses own judgment to determine optimal solution to recommend.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads.

Generally interacts with peers and / or management levels at a client and / or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. Manages medium-small sized teams and / or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Your Qualifications A degree in computer science or informatics Minimum 4 years of work experience in development and design with J2EE / JEE Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Minimum 4 years of experience with UML and software design patterns such as GoF Minimum 4 years of experience with Java EE, Spring, Hibernate Minimum 3 years of experience with web technologies such as : HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, JQuery, Wicket Minimum 3 years of experience with integration technologies such as : web services, SOAP, REST, XML, Axis, CXF, Mockito Minimum 3 years of experience with continuous integration and related tooling such as : Jenkins / Hudson, Nexus, JUnit, Selenium, Sonar, Maven, Ant, SVN, GIT, Puppet, Chef Minimum 3 years of experience with one of following application or web servers : JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere Working knowledge of technology architecture standards and frameworks Verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French.

Your Profile Minimum 1 year of experience of leading a team as architect lead and / or supervisor Proven experience in developing IT applications and deliverables throughout development life cycle.

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-
