The trade : You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment (Office, Outlook and Exchange) and good knowledge regarding the hardware and software of notebooks and desktop computers as well as peripherals such as printers, scanners and event and presentation technology.
Strengths : You bring experience in dealing with remote support and have knowledge of the TC environment (telephone, mobile terminals and fax) and basic knowledge of broadcast-specific terminals (TVs, radios, DVD players / recorders).
