Accounting company currently looking for new ambitious and passionate employees willing to invest in the long term within their structure.

Your mission Your main role is administrative coordination and accounting support.

  • Your responsibilities Assist with the execution of all clients’ tax returns; Establish the annual accounts of the clients;
  • Support and track the approval process of the financial accounts and provide reporting for the annual general shareholder meeting;
  • Liaise with the external corporate services provider; Provide any historic information as required by the external corporate service provider;
  • Assist for monthly accounting closure, VAT, Tax returns, by making a proper follow-up and depositing at time the different forms;
  • Be the first contact for specific client or tax authorities enquiries; Manage facilities liaising with vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
  • Serve as first point of contact for all office duties including : maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, expense reports;
  • Maintain the office condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and adequate conditions for work, Update and maintain administrative procedures as necessary;
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up for subvention and partnerships files; General support to office related issues.

  • Your Profile You have at least 3 years of experience in company administration and accounting; You are detail oriented, have accounting and excellent writing skills;
  • You have a proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest discretion; You are a proactive team player with the ability to work independently within tight deadlines and complete a set of tasks while managing multiple priorities;
  • You are fluent in English and French with excellent writing skills, any other language is a plus; Superior education in accounting and administration (3 years minimum) ;
  • Ideally, relevant experience in a similar position (3 to 4 years minimum); Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Excel in particular), knowledge of an accounting software is an asset;
  • Excellent anticipation, organization, analytical, administrative and communication skills; Accuracy is vital and an eye for detail will be required;
