Greenfield are very happy to assist our client in the recruitment of a Support & Service Engineer. Our client is a StartUp developing hardware and software solutions.
They put all the know-how and the new technologies at the service of their customers, their multidisciplinary approach brings each of their collaborators to progress constantly.
Onsite installation of software and hardware;
Performing software updates;
Supporting, troubleshooting and resolving general issues;
Management of services via cloud or deploy the service on servers within the client corporate data center;
Act as the single point of contact for customer questions and concerns;
Provide training to internal technical teams at clients;
Analysing data and making the required corrections for the systems;
Escalating technical cases to the appropriate technical resource if needed;
Installations such as for printers, id scanners / readers and troubleshoot.
Your profile :
Starter or 1 to 2 years of experience in a same type of position;
SQL is required (training can be provided if not strong knowledge);
Mongo DB and Linux knowledge are a plus
English is a must, French an intermediate level, any additional languages are a plus such as Spanish or Dutch;
Hands on, proactive, team player, forward thinker, communicative;
Flexibility is required : once a month be available to take on the hotline for troubleshooting in evenings and weekend of that week;
Be able to travel;
Bac+2, BTS or equivalent;
This position does not require programming but corrections.
