We are currently looking, for one of our clients, an European Institution, for a :

Corporate Governance Officer (W / M)

9 months with possibility of extension

Your role

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of Board and Committee meetings, including the drafting of speaking points, and ensure proper follow-
  • up on Board deliberations.

  • Serving as secretary to a Board Committee, whenever necessary.
  • Drafting minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
  • Leading on the preparation and delivery of an internal Governance newsletter.
  • Handling Governing bodies’ correspondence.
  • Conducting research for briefings notes for senior management.
  • Supporting the preparation of public events and other high-level meetings.
  • Supporting updates of the website.
  • Providing support to different initiatives and ad-hoc tasks within the division.
  • Your profile

  • Fluent written and oral English, with very good drafting skills.
  • Degree in European studies, Political science, Business Administration, International Relations, or similar.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate governance is an asset.
  • Good understanding of the general framework of financial institutions or public international institutions would be an asset.
  • IT literate- proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong commitment and proactivity.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
