Data Management Officer (m / f)

Your mission :
PwC Luxembourg’s Data & Analytics professionals help our clients at leveraging their greatest asset of all, i.e. data. As such, the Chief Data Officer is the one of the client stakeholder for our professional services : we help him implement the Data Management capabilities that will make his company a Data Driven organisation.
As a Data Management Officer (m / f), you will support all aspects of making a company more Data Driven, including :
Supporting in the definition of a vision and strategy around data, including business case for data monetization;
Definition and implementation of a Data Governance and Organization;
Defining the overall solution architecture for Data Management, including in the Cloud;
Selection, implementation and roll-out of new Data Management capabilities, customized to the requirements of the client, e.
g. Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata, Data Security and Privacy, Data Architecture, etc.;
Fully comply with laws and regulations in their data-related aspects.
As part of our Data and Analytics practice, you’ll also help shape the Data Management capability of the client in light of other Digital capabilities like Analytics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Services.
You are eager to pick up and extend your knowledge on these domains as well.
Your profile :
Bachelor or equivalent working experience;
Experience in defining strategic visions, transformation roadmaps and business cases;
Experience in designing target operating model and shared services organization for managing master data, data quality, data science or analytics;
Experience on integration and data architecture projects involving ESB / ETL / ELT, data modeling, data quality, governance, security or retention management;
Understanding of both the traditional’ data context and the new’ data possibilities with big data solutions and cloud-computing services;
Initial experience with selection and implementation of enterprise data management tools (Collibra, Informatica, Talend, IBM, SAS, ), languages or libraries;
Proven teamwork and communication skills;
Must show initiative and desire to learn business and technical subjects;
Self-starter, with a keen interest in technology;
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
Fluent both in French and English, any other language is considered as an asset.
