Responsibilities BIL is expanding its Open Banking APIs to new types of partners in Luxembourg, EU and beyond.
This allows partners and developers to innovate and offer new experiences or services, incorporating customer bank account data, initiating payment transactions or leverage BIL specialized finance services and cross-border transactions.
What will you do ? As a trainee inside the Digital Business Transformation team you will be an important member of the business transformation organization, playing a critical role in qualifying marketing leads, profiling customers and providing input on product needs.
Working in collaboration with product owners, marketing, and corporate partner managers, your primary objective is to deliver qualified leads and support the following activities : Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone Generate interest and provide vision of the BIL Open Banking API solutions to potential customers Update and maintain customer information and provide detailed call notes Managing incoming leads in a timely manner Support marketing in setting up and executing events Report on results and feedback from event attendees Actively contribute in creating leads for BIL in Luxembourg, Europe and China.
Actively contribute to creating interest with partners and facilitating sales discussions.
Must Have Requirements You have : Willingness to roll up sleeves in order to create partner interest in BIL offering.
Fundamental knowledge of data analysis, proficiency in Excel.
Excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
You are : Currently enrolled in a business school or university, actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
Nice To Have Requirements You have : Fundamental sales / promotion / business development experience Experience in online payments or financial services to corporates You are : Familiar with a Customer Relationship Management tool.
Key competencies to be tested : deliver results, customer centricity, action oriented, technical understanding of APIs, sales listening and speaking skills, teamwork, fun.
