To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a : Private Equity and Real Estate - Business Acceptance Testing Officer (M / F) Permanent contract Your mission :

Define and maintain the catalog of test plans and test cases to be performed during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-Regression Testing (NRT) campaigns of our main Private Capital platform to stay align with the regular improvement of Business ;

Prepare the scope of UAT and NRT campaigns in the testing tool in collaboration with GBCM’s team members, business representatives and the IT team.

Execute the UAT and NRT campaigns as a member of the GBCM team meaning having a good understanding of the business issues.

Assist the end user during their UAT campaign and be part of the change management and new feature acquisition

Monitor progress with GBCM’s team members and end users in order to respect the release planning defined

Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations-requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria.

Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain.

Be in charge of the design and implementation follow-up of a testing automation solution

Working environment : The Global Business Change Management team is responsible for liaising with business teams in order to elicit, analyze, test, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes and information systems.

As part of this team you will be the main link between Business teams among all locations (from Luxembourg to Australia) and the centralized IT department in Luxembourg.

Your profile : Education : You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Audit or Economics Professional Experience : 2-5 years of relevant experience in testing Behavioural Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to forge lasting relationships with the offshore team(s) you are part of

Adaptability / Stress resistant

Creative & Innovation and Problem solving

Transversal Skills :

Analytical ability

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Ability to develop and adapt a process

Ability to manage a project

Technical Skills :

knowledge of Private Equity and / or Real Estate industry, Accounting and Valuation are an asset

ISTQB certification is an asset

experience with eFront FrontInvest and ALM QC solutions, and you have a good understanding of the platform

Language Skills : Fluent in English (Knowledge of French or German will be considered as an asset) During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his / her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N 3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July concerning the criminal record.
