Job Specification :
The main responsibilities of the position will include the following (but not limited to) :
Managing a full range of corporate governance actions for a portfolio of Luxembourg domiciled fund and SPV clients, including : chairing and coordinating board and shareholder meetings;
coordinating board and shareholder communications;preparing and drafting corporate documents and actions including meeting agendas, notices, circular resolutions, minutes, board packs, etc.
Handling a range of business management and ancillary tasks and actions for clients (including transaction and contractual coordination, correspondence and invoice management);
Performing internal business support tasks including assisting with internal targets reporting, new client onboarding (e.
g. contract preparation and review, overview and verification of onboarding procedures including KYC);
General client servicing and relationship management, including handling and responding to client and internal enquiries on corporate actions and events related to the portfolio.
Skills Required
University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration or Economics, or demonstrable experience in the area;
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg;
Good knowledge of company administration, corporate governance actions and Luxembourg laws and regulations;
Organised, ability to work to deadlines, and good communication skills;
Critical thinker with ability to own tasks and see them through;
Ability to work independently and to support the deliverables of the team;
Fluent in English, other languages (French, German) would be considered as an advantage;
Competent with standard business software (i.e. MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word).
