Your Tasks

  • Performing all the administrative tasks for the office in Luxembourg
  • Arranging payments of suppliers
  • Ensuring daily bookkeeping
  • Preparing monthly VAT return
  • Ensuring documentation regarding loans files
  • Maintaining fixed asset registered
  • Supporting annual financial statements
  • Your Profile

  • You have a degree related to Accounting or an equivalent (BTS, DUT)
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • A previous experience in accounting will be considered as an asset
  • You are rigorous and have good communication skills
  • You master MS Office applications
  • The part-time could be between 20 and 30 hours.
