Welcoming customers and crew;
Management of customer service requests;
Operations (frequency, weather, Notam, flight schedules, etc.);
Flight processing (communication to the authorities, E40, Customs, Police, etc.);
Issuing customer invoices and receipts;
Management of common secretarial tasks (organisation, follow-up of casefiles).
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Studies : Secondary School Completion Certificate
Languages : French, English, German and Luxembourgish an advantage
Good presentation, dynamic, available and organised
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of standard Office software suite
Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage
At least two years of professional experience
