MyJob Talent is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer (M / F) in permanent contract in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities :
Perform AML / KYC due diligence on new clients and control operations
Perform KYC reviews
Carry out regular Compliance checks and controls
Identify risks and propose mitigation measures
Participate in specific working groups or projects implementing new regulation, or improving the organization of the Compliance department
Identify impact in procedures and systems when implementing a new regulation
Give advice, support and training to staff on Compliance matters
Qualifications
Degree in Law, Finance or Economy
At least 5 years of experience preferably in Life Insurance as a Compliance Officer
Strong knowledge of related laws and regulation
Fluent in English, French. Any other European language will be a real asset
Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
