Installing and configuring authentication related software and devices
Providing various levels of technical support
Providing coaching, training and transferring knowledge
Managing and coordinating delivery of work packages
Identifying opportunities to scale-up the usage of the implemented solutions
Maintaining business intelligence about the subject matter of expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three years of related experience including client-facing role
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the larger IAM (Identity & Access Management) area (with a specific focus on the authentication and certificate management domains)
Technical knowledge in as much as possible of the following protocols, techniques and software :
SAML, OAuth, OpenID,
SSO, Federated / Delegated Authentication, LDAP, ADFS
PKI, Certificate Authority (CA)
Key Storage Repositories, HSM
OTP, SmartCards, FIDO, Software Authenticators, Biometrics
Physical and logical access (PACS / LACS) convergence
OneSpan / Vasco, HID ActivID,or otherAuthentication Server
Card / Credential Management Ssystems
Good level of both French and English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical skills
Creative and pragmatic in matching customer needs with proposed solutions
Flexible with respect to multiple, concurrent contexts and changing priorities
Ability to make decisions and recommendations within defined limits
