We are looking for a Product Manager (Promotion & Loyalty) .
YOUR FUTURE ROLE Understand the product and process, have a complete overview of all implemented features and their technicality Define configuration specifications and business requirements in writing and keep these updated Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Perform Quality Assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with optimal resources and quick time-
to-market Drive product launches including working with public relations, sales teams, executives and other product management team members Evaluate the roll-
out plans to ensure the consistency with the product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that potentially grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers by understanding their business needs Gauge customers’ levels of engagement and loyalty with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements Translate hard data into metrics to back up assumptions and develop new business cases Plan and implement cross-
exposure to the payments industry (acquiring, processing etc.) is a distinct advantage Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success Management, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-
knowledge of German, French or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage PREFERRED Master’s degree in an analytical or engineering discipline or MBA Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies Experience with marketplaces, money transmission services or other relevant area Proven ability to connect with stakeholders, identify unmet needs, and come up with ways of meeting them via new products or feature launches Technical background with a demonstrated ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-
offs Proven track record driving innovation on behalf of both enterprises and consumers Excellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in creating user-
