Greenfield is very happy to work with an international well know law firm for their search of a Senior Lawyer in their departement of Banking and Finance.

They are one of the leading global law firms, with a presence in the world's major financial and commercial markets, they are well placed to provide excellent business-oriented advice to their clients locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will require to be admitted to the Luxembourg bar and have an experience of minimum of 4 years in the banking and finance practice.

  • Your responsibilities : You will be taking care of loan finance work, structured finance including securitisations, high yield bond issuances and other debt capital markets transactions;
  • You will advise on regulatory issues both in the banking, capital markets and insurance sectors; Your clients will be international companies in various sectors.

    Your profile : Admitted to the Luxembourg bar; minimum 4 years of experience in banking and finance practice; Fluent in English.
