As a Post-Doc researcher, you will perform research on recent and historical typologies of (transboundary) communal living (architectural, legislation, economical).
You will lead the research-by-design IBA atelier, guaranteeing the necessary bilateral and ongoing negotiated contacts with the IBA’s stakeholders as well as master the fluid development of the overall IBA pre-process.
The latter will be conducted in close collaboration with the GECT and EPA. The link between public policy making and spatial design will be a leading concept for the theoretical research and research by design.
Internationally validated practice experience in the field of architecture and urbanism is a minimum requirement. Knowledge and practice expertise in the field of political economy is a plus.
Interest in the field of French-Luxemburgish building legislation is recommendable. The candidate can present both a strong theoretical and practice based professional curriculum.
