Senior Finance Analyst, Customer Fulfillment - Operations Finance

We are currently looking for a highly analytical, creative and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to join its ever-growing Operations Finance team at our European headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the FC Launch Team and be part of the wider Infrastructure Finance team that supports Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Engineering within the Fulfillment Center network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial planning for EU FC Launch, drive standardization for financial reporting for new Launches, drive cost-out initiatives together with the business teams, and will take key management information dashboards to the next level.

Partner with FC Launch, Ops Engineering, Workforce Staffing and Supply Chain to drive process improvements, cost savings, and new business initiatives
Plan, review and approve all Pre-Launch costs; work on improving launch costs year-over-year and provide recommendations of more efficient launch ramps
Perform monthly variance analysis versus plan and forecast risks and opportunities
Develop and publish key performance indicators and regular business metrics
Proactively work with the business owners on root cause analyses and solution implementation
Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs
Skills / Experience
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
5+ years of relevant experience within operations, engineering, financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast-paced metrics driven environment
Fluent in English
Advanced skills in Excel is a must
Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving with exceptional accuracy on provided figures
Solution driven approach to systems and processes
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
Demonstrated passion for metrics and figures
Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools and modeling
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
CIMA / CFA / MBA
Experience in Operations, Engineering, IT, and / or Procurement
Computer science literacy and / or working experience of SQL, Cognos, Data Warehouse, VBA, Python, R is a strong plus
