SOGETI is looking for a Backup Engineer (TSM Spectrum Protect)

Consultants can work with a variety of different customers, tools and methodologies; something that would otherwise take many years to gain. Your challenge :

Within an international team, you will oversee the installation, configuration and the troubleshooting of the product in the infrastructure;

Montoring the infrastructure;

Ensuring the follow-up of the backup thanks to the analyze of the reports, debugging,

Performing all other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

You have 10 years of experience in multiple / heterogeneous / complex environment;

You are a key master in :

IBM Spectrum Protect / TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager)

Avamar

IBM Library physical and virtual

You already perform DR exercises;

You also have Knowledge of Linux / AIX / VMware and Wintel;

You are familiar with SAN, NAS, and data domain;

You are flexible regarding your working time (Unplanned and planned activities outside business hours);

You are stress resistant & client oriented

You can speak and write fluently at least English and French, to communicate easily with colleagues.

Education : 3+ years university degree in IT and ideally 10 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
