Casa4Funds SA , a dynamic and entrepreneurial Management Company and AIFM, is currently looking for a proactive and motivated person to join its challenging working environment and actively support its business development.

Casa4Funds SA is the Investment Fund Manager (IFM) of about 23 investment Funds In order to maintain the high level of quality and reactivity that is our trademark, we are opening a new Corporate & Oversight Officer position.

Your mission On the Corporate side, the Company will rely on you for proper implementation of its Corporate Governance and more specifically for : Organizing the monthly Management Committees i.e.

gathering of the management information, preparation of the information package, drafting minutes, follow-up on the action points;

Organizing the quarterly Board of Directors meetings i.e.

drafting the agenda, preparation of the Board pack, drafting minutes, follow-up on the action points; Active support to the organization of the various Committees needed within the framework of the Company’s activity (Investment, Valuation a.

s.o.) : meetings’requests, supporting documentation, drafting minutes; General support to the corporate and audit matters e.g.

shareholders meeting organization, Board’s resolution, signatories’ powers, documentation gathering for the internal / external auditors’ annual missions, insurance contracts;

Ensuring adequate reporting to the Board of Directors; Maintaining corporate records and our database.

The Oversight component of your mission will consist in ensuring compliance with Luxembourg outsourcing regulations by : Establishing and maintaining adequate follow-

up on the monitoring of all the Company Delegates i.e.

Central Administration, Investment Managers, Marketing Intermediaries and Depositaries; Handling of initial requests in the context of due diligence on Delegates;

Reviewing & analyzing the documentation received; Providing support to the relevant Departments in drafting the due diligence reports;

Ensuring follow-up on the detected improvement points and proper escalation to the governing bodies if needed; Ensuring any escalated issues are resolved quickly and effectively within agreed timescale;

Answering due diligence requests received on the Company.

Your profile University degree in a relevant discipline i.e.

business, finance, law 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position and / or the fund industry / an audit firm is an asset Fluent in French and English (written & spoken), Italian would be considered as an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly formal report writing Rigorous and ability to multitask Team player with the ability to work independently Good working knowledge of MS Office products Our offer Full time job Permanent contract Stimulating work environment supporting individual initiative If you are interested and meet our expectations, please send your application (incl.
