About the Role :
For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Business Development and International Client / Partner Responsible Manager .
The incumbent will be responsible of Food Service Business Development (for the assigned Area) by monitoring Food Service overall business (market size and composition, competitors, trends ongoing by product and market), identifying opportunities and measuring potential for Ferrero while translating them into commercial strategy / practices to be recommended and implemented at a Local level.
She / He will also be the main interface for Local Food Service structures (for the assigned Area) in terms of contracts, product guidelines and commercial terms.
Further the incumbent will support the evaluation, scouting, negotiation and coordination of Food Service activities with International Clients / Partners.

Be responsible for Food Service market tracking and potential evaluation;
Supervise the Business Development Strategy;
Manage the Food Service contract framework definition, interfacing for Legal Department (Central);
Harmonize contracts, product offering, Region / Local activities (support to Business Unit) by customer;
Be responsible for input for ad hoc product development in coordination with other functions.
RELATIONSHIPS MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATION
Engage and negotiate Food Service business development opportunities with potential clients / partners looking for mutual Brand and business benefits by developing ad hoc product / service business propositions;
Support Food Service Local structures in evaluating opportunities / conflicts / issues (e.g. exclusivity, distribution deals, manufacturing partnerships) with clients / partners from Group perspective;
Support client / partners, Business Units and Food Service Local structure in translating international agreements into Local deals execution anticipating and solving issues / overlaps / grey areas.
Scouting, evaluation, development and coordination of projects with big global clients / partners;
Establish effective relationships and become project point of reference for all project stakeholders;
Ensure all stakeholders (partner and involved Business Units) to receive timely ad proper communication depending on agreed project roles, level of involvement and commitment in the project;
Agree and communicate KPIs relevant for clients / partners business relationship evaluation.
Lead Customer Profitability in coordination with Business Units, Marketing Food Service and Controller Food Service;
Perform regular business updates to monitor commercial performance and maximize business potential and provide feedback to Food Service Manager and Local Food Service commercial structures;
Maintain client / partner business cases.
Who we are looking for : Profile :
Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management / Marketing, Business Administration, Legal Studies or other related fields;
10-13 years of experience;
General Sales & Customer management experience with proven track records would be preferred;
Partner approach and Client facing experience (i.e : Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing);
Project Management skills;
Experience in negotiating international contracts;
Experience in marketing and field implementation;
Strong leadership and cross-functional influencer with a strong Entrepreneurial spirit;
Highly geared commercial individual who is flexible and pragmatic;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Confidentiality / Reliability with strong ethical and personal values;
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment within an international organization;
Adept at developing strategic plans and making them happen (action-driven and results-orientated approach).
IT Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Powerpoint & Excel);
Knowledge of Thinkcell as a user will be considered an asset.
Fluency in English;
Italian and French will be considered a plus.
