These businesses are backed up by strong Support functions and by our Operational departments.We are currently looking for a Trainee (M / F) Private Banking Business Management Your mission The trainee will be assigned to the Business Management team.

During the internship, he / she will have the opportunity to be involved in our different teams and to work on various subjects.

He / she will have to fulfill the following objectives :

  • Sales Management : The candidate will participate in the elaboration, implementation and the monitoring of Sales initiatives which are assisting the various markets in reaching their sales objectives.
  • He / she will also be involve in making the BIL Sales process as efficient as possible while ensuring that clients are invested in the best solutions in accordance to the clients’ risk appetite and from a cross-

    border and regulatory perspective. In addition, the candidate will assist the Sales Management Team in identifying and implementing pricing optimization measures.

  • Business Control : The candidate will be involved in identifying first level of risk issues and will propose mitigation measures and related potential controls.
  • He / She will also support he Business Control Team mates in ensuring that policies and related processes are understood by the business stakeholders and he / she will participate and / or contribute to related trainings.

    He / She will be executing controls on front key processes.

  • Implementation Management : The candidate will have the opportunity to participate and contribute to the implementation of projects which have been elaborated in response to regulatory and / or business requirements.
  • The Implementation Management Team ensures business coherence across all Wealth Management implementation projects and business activities and ultimately contributes to the global bank projects with Project Managers and Strategy Planning.

  • Triple A Competence Center : The candidate will participate in the daily quality controls, product enhancements, internal client training and communication in regards to the Triple A application and related client reporting.
  • Your profile Technical abilities :

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Soft skills :

  • Ability to synthesize concepts and material into clear and concise thoughts.
  • Professional behavior, diplomatic skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate with department staff and other functional units.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Autonomous and curious
  • Confident to interact with others
  • Good IT and Analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages will be considered as an asset.
