OFFICE ASSISTANT (F / M)

JOB LOCATION : Brussels Office

TASKS

  • Manage the administrative activities within the office
  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new employees
  • Car fleet and employee security badge management
  • Liaison and point of contact for clients, HR, hiring managers, consultants and executives
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
  • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
  • Assist in managing the operations budget including invoice controlling

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant work experience in office administration
  • Fluent communication skills in French, Flemish / Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
