Master degree or equivalent experience in an area relevant to grant and project management
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience in writing grant proposals and grant management
Good knowledge of Luxembourgish and EU funding programs
Project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Fluent in English and French (oral and written). Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish would be appreciated
Service oriented and problem solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic and deadline oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Real team player used to evolve in a high-level expectations environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a multicultural environment
