In an effort to strengthen Data Quality and Data Governance team and ramp-up the Data Office Roadmap, we are currently looking for a : Product Owner BCBS239 (M / F) Your mission Be responsible for the Agile implementation of BCBS239 Project at BIL Drive product definition by delivering clear and concise user stories Provide guidance and direction cross-

  • business lines Support change management and ensure that tough decisions are made Establish goals and reviewing priorities to ensure alignment between the different stakeholders (Central Data Governance, Risk and other departments) Your principal activities Within the responsibility of your function, you will : Drive the analysis of BCBS239 Principles, by challenging them in light of their strategic alignment with defined priorities;
  • Manage the successful delivery of the entire project - in close collaboration with Risk Department - to time, budget, scope and quality;
  • Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan to ensure that the project's deliverables are integrated smoothly in the existing environment;
  • Pro-actively take decisions or seek approval to ensure the project stays on track; Constantly monitor and report on project progress;
  • Drive project delivery across business lines and communicate effectively with diverse teams Your principal activities Within the responsibility of your function, you will : Drive the analysis of BCBS239 Principles, by challenging them in light of their strategic alignment with defined priorities;

  • focused projects related to Regulatory & Risk obligations), largely gained in the financial services environment; Proven Agile Project Management skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope / direction;
  • Strong soft skills and ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with third partiers Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills ;
  • Fluent in English (must) and French, verbally and written. Any other language will constitute an advantage.
