Your future responsibilities You’ll join our Institutional and Wholesale Distribution division, where we steer all distribution, marketing and client service efforts of Nordea Asset Management.
You will be part of the Marketing team in Luxembourg, providing a strong support for our sales globally.

As a Marketing intern you will support, coordinate and contribute to various marketing activities.

We coordinate our work with multiple agencies, freelancers, print companies and other external service providers, being responsible amongst others for content, design, production & distribution of marketing material (e.g.
flyers, brochures, factsheets, newsletter, reports etc.), planning and coordination of media & PR communication , as well as client event support and design / maintenance of multiple websites & mobile applications .
What you’ll be doing Supporting the Marketing team with a variety of activities including, amongst others : Regular updates of online and mobile content Assistance with document management platform Support with podcast and video recording and production (pre and post production) Proof-
reading and quality-checking of our marketing collateral Generation of statistics reports and performing analysis for media, production and digital-
related activities Coordination of content translation and support with invoicing follow-up Event support (including image search, invitation creation) etc.
