Greenfield is very happy to assist our client in their search of a Business Development Manager. Our client is a is an independent technical consultancy.
For their new business line, they are currently looking to recruit a person to build the IT consultancy department. You will be responsible for the sale of their services and follow the execution of assignments.
Your role :
Development of the sales by prospecting new clients as well as maintaining a good relationship with the existing ones;
Expanding the customer portfolio in Luxembourg and negotiating contacts, deals and assignments;
Follow the execution of the assignments with the clients;
As the customer portfolio grows, the follow-up of staff, projects and assignments will also become part of your duties;
You will be assisted by a colleague, who will be responsible for personnel planning, HR, prevention policy, candidate search, interviews and selection.
Y our profile
A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment;
Experience in the IT sector or IT consultancy or IT recruitment company in Luxembourg;
You are a sales-driven go-getter, you do not lack a sense of initiative and you have a hands-on mentality;
You have the necessary management skills and leadership skills that are useful to motivate your employees;
You are a true entrepreneur who, together with your team, successfully develops your own sector;
You are fluent in English and French, any other will be an asset.
