Job description : Your team FundPartner Solutions (Europe) ("FPS Europe"), a Pictet Group company set up in January 2012, offers its clients a first-rate fund administration service and, in anticipating future regulatory challenges, positions itself as a management company dedicated to third-party fund clients.

FPS Europe is a Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM management company subject to Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as well as the Law of 12 July 2013.

FPS Europe covers all the tasks related to fund administration, including fund accounting and NAV calculation, risk management, transfer agent, distribution and domiciliary services, together with investment controlling and a Director's Office.

In doing so, it offers the entire range of services related to aspects of risk, governance and regulations.

You will be a member of the Mainstream Funds Operations Department, reporting directly to the Head of. In this role you will i)7 assist with transverse projects and ad hoc management support tasks and ii) help the production teams facing peaks of activity.

Through this position, you will acquire an overview of the operational and regulatory aspects of investments funds, knowledge in project management and a direct exposure to the management committee of the unit.

You will assist with processing the Net Asset Value ( NAV ) calculations, analysing and commenting on NAV exceptions and preparing share class foreign currency hedging instructions.

Your role Management Support (50%) :

  • Contribute to transversal projects aiming at improving service delivery & efficiency;
  • Participate in management actions support and follow-up;
  • Assist drafting and coordination of action logs.Production Support (50%) :
  • Punctually work in FA teams to address peaks of activity such as NAV calculation on the first week of the month, set-up of fund calendar, clients on-boarding;
  • As part of your job, you will be identifying areas of improvement in terms of process & control framework, basing on your experience in other teams and departments;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the procedures in place and to the development of automation. Your profile · Master’s degree in Finance or Management from a top business school or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least six months' experience working in finance for an international company or in a multicultural environment.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, basics of accounting.
  • Flexibility and agility.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, working knowledge of French a plus.
  • Sense of initiative
  • As the successful applicant, you will be adept at processing information and you will make client satisfaction the key priority in your work.

    In addition to being highly motivated, you are capable of working autonomously and as well as fostering strong collaboration within your team.

    You are curious to understand how things work, and are keen to go in depth on operational issues as well as business strategy.
