In relation to our subsidiaries and remote offices in Asia; for the Chinese market in Mainland China, Hong-Kong SAR & South East Asia;
this position aims to assist in sensitive report realization and analysis (e.g. budgets) in an efficient and diplomatic manner & discretion.
This position in Luxembourg will take charge of all administrative and secretarial support including scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare external / internal correspondence, and arrange travels.
Provide administrative and secretarial support with sufficient discretion and self-motivation.
Agenda-planning, schedule coordination and other time management tasks.
Regular contact with high officials from political institutions and industry in Europe and in Asia.
Prepare internal and external correspondence in French, English and Chinese.
Make preliminary assessment of incoming correspondence and reports and organize documents in three languages (English, French and Chinese).
Priority and urgency management.
Handle confidential files and records, including correspondence; budgets, and complex financial reports.
Maximize office administration efficiency and productivity.
Good knowledge of both European and Chinese histories with a specialization in economic and cultural aspects, as well as of Sino-European relations.
Good knowledge of EU financial history, corporate finance and accounting.
Qualifications and Experience
Master degree obtained from a European university, preferably with deep knowledge in history of European financial and / or economic;
An academic background established in China and Europe is an advantage.
Preliminary experience in both China and Europe is a plus.
Fluency in French & Chinese (Mandarin and / or Cantonese) is mandatory ;
Proficiency in English is necessary; any other Asian language is a plus
Good Knowledge of standard tools such as MS office and windows
