Task Responsibilities :
Articulate results, and convey actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences
Understand core sales operations concepts (lead / opportunity conversion, pipeline development) and develop reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight
Oversee the management and administration territory balances, requests, planning and market potential
Support daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards
Assist with the development and implementation of sales operating metrics
Proactively streamline communication so that sales can work efficiently
Pursue and leverage feedback from sales team and other stakeholders in order to proactively collaborate with sales leadership on KPI (process, progress and improvements).
Essential Requirements For The Position :
Master’s degree in in Logistics, Business Administration, Econometrics or in any other relevant field
1-3 years’ experience in customer analytics or statistical studies
Ability to interpret sales data. Excellent analysis / problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Forward thinker, ready to make an impact on a global sales organization.
Independent and results oriented.
Investigate and take action to identify and meet partners’ and customers’ current and future needs. Be able to handle different personalities.
Write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively internally and externally, to make technical problems understandable and clearly explain solutions.
Methodical and attentive to detail.
Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Working Conditions :
Temporary position of 12 months
Position based in Luxembourg
Flexible with working hours as per our collective work agreement
Occasional travel might be required
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
