To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a Lean Six Sigma Expert consultant.Mission In support of the Business Strategy and Project Management division, the Expert Consultant provides the following services :
Help to identify the processes to be optimized and drive the efforts to optimise processes using the Lean Six Sigma method
Closely collaborate with the staff during the process optimisation, thereby proactively coaching staff in Lean Six Sigma process optimisation
Where applicable, support with implementing the identified improvements Deliverables The Expert Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables :
Proposals for optimised processes (based on Lean Six Sigma method) in the areas of Asset Liability Management, post-trade operations, and still to be confirmed other functional areas SkillsThe Expert Consultant(s) will have the following skills :
Minimum 8 years of working experience in a financial services organization, ideally having experience with Lean Six Sigma process optimisation in the domains post-trade operations and asset & liability management
A minimum of 5 years’ proven ability and experience with Lean Six Sigma process optimisation
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Ability to train / coach persons on Lean Six Sigma methods
Team spirit and excellent collaborator
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
