The mission of the Solutions team is to create value for current and prospective clients to help them optimize the impact of their communications efforts.
We provide strategic advice and expertise across the sales, marketing, product and customer success teams. We are the connector across all Talkwalker departments and share best practices and provide high-level of knowledge and expertise.
Talkwalker is an online and social data analytics software company specialized in listening, analytics and reporting that empowers over 2,000 brands analyzing online conversations on social networks in 187 languages.
The company is extremely international with their headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Paris.
Key Responsibilities :
Educate the solutions consultants in U.S. on customer use cases and feedback based on experience
Assisting in cross collaboration between offices with VP Solutions Global
Contribute to Global Solutions Industry Newsletter
Help to create preconfigured dashboards and presentations based on company positioning
Craft stories and presentations based on Talkwalker use cases
Design and execute sales arguments and value propositions for new products and use cases
Optimize solution team processes and vision
Participate in global solution team webinars
Act as a resource for sales leaders for winning new customers and expanding existing relationships
Participate and add value in sales opportunities
Materialize compelling cutting-edge solutions adapted to the needs of the prospects that the sales teams will uncover
Create custom projects and dashboards for sales team working on enterprise accounts
Optimizing the presentation of the tool, in its setup, and with compelling visuals
Collaborate with Customer Success to grow selected accounts
Assist in creating customized implementation plans for enterprise clients
Develop case studies
Work together with the product development team to provide product feedback and test specific improvements.
Assist in the creation of go to market strategies for new products
Cross Team Collaboration / Product Enhancement / Strategy
Work with strategic account teams on opportunities
Research competitors and latest trends in the industry experience to provide intelligence for teams work with Knowledge Center Manager and product team
Work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Partner and Product teams
You have relevant experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication / PR agency, or a marketing / communications technology company
You have gained experience in a business development, sales or customer success role
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences
You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification
You are fluent in English and French, any other of these languages (German, Italian, Spanish) would be an asset
