Position Overview

Responsible within Wealth Management EMEA of being Marketing Gatekeeper for all documents, but also act as Sales Content Manager (SCM) ensuring the delivery of the sales management agenda in the Luxembourg location.

Responsibilities : Act as gatekeeper for WM EMEA product marketing materials Review of content / product related materials to be distributed locally and / or internationally to ensure its appropriateness from a Compliance perspective and provide due feedback to materials producers Ensure controls on product marketing materials for WM EMEA and develop related trainings.

Own the end-to-end marketing Gatekeeper process as defined in the Target Operating Model Maintain and improve the relationship with relevant functional owners within Compliance and other Risk Regulatory functions Drive on the ground implementation of sales management activities (e.

g. prospecting, client planning, pipeline management) working in close co-operation with Team Heads, Client Advisors, Investment Advisors and providing them with required support Enable the sales rhythm at sub-

market level, ensuring effective connectivity between Coverage and Product and sales discipline (e.g. pipeline interlock and follow-

up) Support Sub-Market Heads in defining their sales activity ambitions to meet the given revenue / NNA / NNC targets, and monitor the sales activities metrics to ensure progress towards ambitions Work with Content Managers and Product Specialists to ensure that client-

ready material and product content are available to support client needs and WM investment / campaign agenda Ancillary responsibilities : Challenge existing processes / instructions and draws up suggestions for improvements Challenge methods to identify and monitor risks and contribute suggestions for improvements Assist in the implementation of projects related to the area of responsibility Conduct of daily processes in line with the existing operating procedures and quality standards set up by the functional owner Requirements : Education and Experience : 3+ years of experience in financial services Good knowledge and understanding of WM business (across sales management, coverage, product, marketing and regulation), with ideally experience in the relevant space Skills : Strong interpersonal skills / stakeholder management capabilities (ability to become trusted and respected business partner) Entrepreneurial / proactive / can do attitude Ability to motivate people into action / drive change (without alienating, but supporting them in the process, whilst still achieving intended results) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage / deliver end to end projects / initiatives End product / results oriented, with strong commercial focus Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure Strong analytical / business planning / financials capabilities / attention to detail Strong communication fluency in English and German (oral and written) All applications will be treated confidentially.
