The IT Architect is responsible for the design of IT systems supporting CHAMP new and existing products, modules and services.
He works in collaboration with subject matter experts to build architectures that meet service level objectives in term of availability, performance, security and business continuity.
The IT Architect has a broad knowledge of IT with a specific focus on infrastructure (both on-premise and Cloud) covering areas such as, but not limited to, network, databases, operating systems, hypervisors, application servers, web servers, security components and identity management solutions.
He acts as a bridge between Business and IT to ensure that architectures are aligned with business requirements, documented and understood by IT operations teams.
He participates to the execution of IT projects as a technical facilitator and guide our operational team maintaining the appropriate set of operational documents.
Mission The job holder will be accountable for the accomplishment of following tasks & responsibilities : Design and manage the architecture of evolving technical solutions supporting CHAMP services.
Define and maintain architecture standards and guidelines for IT infrastructure.
Participate to the definition of an IT service catalog.
Organize architecture design activities in a repeatable process considering triggers, inputs, outputs, stakeholders, roles & responsibilities.
Coordinate the technical implementation of designed architectures.
Participate to commercial proposals writing.
Present and explain IT architectures to various type of audiences (technical, non-technical, management, customers).
Coach his team mates on understanding IT architectures and relevant processes.

degree in technical discipline At least 5 years of experience in a technical role focused on IT infrastructure At least 2 years of experience designing IT architectures supporting business services Profound understanding and knowledge of IT systems / infrastructure and system / application integration along with practical experience of the main IT processes : requirements management, development, integration, support, maintenance, operations Thorough understanding of IT security standards Thorough and proven knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM framework with a focus on Service Design An Enterprise Architecture related certification is a plus Service-
