Main Responsibilities :

Your main responsibilities will be :

AREA OPERATING PLANNING MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the first point of contact for the local Operating planner Teams in order to support the tradeoff management between service and cost / efficiency escalating to the Area Operating Manager in case of criticalities
  • Regularly meet with the Local Supply Chains in order to guarantee the proper communication flow and awareness of the Markets related to issues and opportunities
  • Support the Area plants in the VRAC, FRIGO / Frozen management, to guarantee visibility and communication with the Local Supply chains, preserving the accountability at local level
  • Drive improvement processes and follow up on the identified resolutions plans, liaising with alternative stakeholders
  • Provide visibility to the Local Supply chains about Plants closures, Maintenance breakage and production lines shut downs
  • PRODUCTION CAPACITY REVIEW AND S&OP

  • Overview the Production Capacity Review in order to guarantee the Group standards’ application.
  • Capture the topics which require to be part of the S&OP Operation Review agenda
  • ANALYSIS & KPIs MONITORING

  • Provide analyses on the plants’ performance according to the identified KPIs with regards to the production planning for the operative horizon
  • Who we are looking for :

    For this great opportunity, we are looking for a highly motivated profile, with the following requirements :

    Education

  • Master degree in Engineering or any Production / Supply Chain related field
  • Business Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience among which a successful experience in planning in the FMCG sector
  • Any experience in a Region Commercial Planning or Plant is considered as a plus
  • Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Production planning processes
  • Curiosity for and understanding of - the local supply chain and plants’ environment
  • Experience in using SAP APO, ECC, IBP and BW
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office package (mainly Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English, any other language is considered a plus
  • Competences

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to deal with Senior Management and expert business referents
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proactive attitude, high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution
  • High standing with influencing skills and authority level
