Corporate officer - Collaboration with accountant - What is your Function

You will be responsible for ensuring the fiability and veracity of the information provided by the client concerning the status of their bank accounts

You will be responsible for ensuring the security of the source of funds

You will manage a portfolio of investment fund clients and follow up on their investment status

You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of shareholders

You will perform daily controls on investor transactions

You will work in close collaboration with your manager and will have to communicate information with him

You are used to working with clients in the field of private equity and real estate alternative funds

You have a first experience in a similar position

You have a Bachelor's degree

You speak English, any other language would be considered an asset

You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation in order to inform clients of the risks involved in an investment

You are used to working in the tax field and have various tasks related to VAT

If you have knowledge in accounting this could be a real advantage for you
