Portfolio Compliance Representative

As a Portfolio Compliance Representative you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily compliance monitoring and reporting utilizing Charles River Development's ComplianceMaster system.

Your knowledge of investment restrictions and compliance monitoring will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you’ll need to be adaptable and easily navigated rapidly changing priorities.

Key responsibilities include :

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Daily and monthly monitoring of fund portfolios to ensure that funds are in compliance with regulatory documentation guidelines, in accordance with department schedule
  • Reviewing reports produced from the compliance monitoring system, Compliance Master by Charles River Development
  • Completing testing on rules that are set up through Compliance Master and research any inquiries that may arise
  • Assisting the Compliance Analysts with research on securities using Bloomberg, and internal BBH systems
  • Performing data exception clean up on securities and data entry which will assist the Compliance Analysts with the preparation of compliance reports
  • Developing and maintain a working familiarity with applicable laws, regulations and interpretation governing the administration of mutual funds.
  • This includes the UCITS IV and SIF laws and other applicable requirements such as CSSF circulars.

  • Performing special projects as assigned by the Fund Administration Compliance Supervisor
  • Assisting with the preparation of Quarterly Board Reports
  • Assisting in the implementation and ongoing development of the automated complianceprogram and any further enhancements
  • Developing and maintaining a strong working familiarity with Charles River Developments ComplianceMaster system.
  • Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Experience with Charles River Developments ComplianceMaster compliance monitoring system.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in investment funds.
  • Masters degree in finance or related field.
  • In depth understanding of BBH client portfolio.
  • Familiarity with the UCITS IV and SIF laws and other applicable requirements such as CSSF circulars.
