MultiConcept Fund Management S.A. (MCFM) is the Fund Management Company of Credit Suisse for Private Label Funds in Luxembourg.
MCFM is responsible to appoint and monitor all relevant parties of an investment fund. Be it with regards to portfolio management, fund administration, custody, risk management or fund distribution.

Fund MLRO responsibilities :
Based on Credit Suisse standards and methodology, perform regular AML risk assessment of the Funds for which MultiConcept Fund Management provides the MLRO services;
Provide Financial Crime Compliance advisory to Senior Management, CS Sales Channels and Clients in relation to the services provided, new onboarding, set-up or other initiatives impacting the AML and Sanction framework of the Funds serviced;
Follow-up on regulatory changes related to AML and Sanctions and act as a SME in all related projects. Proactively propose amendments to new policies and procedures where and when required;
Perform AML monitoring and testing in accordance with CS standards to ensure that the AML policy framework as well as CS AML and Sanction standards are aligned with;
Design or coordinate an annual AML / CFT training plan for the Board of Directors;
Reports on the MLRO activities to the responsible for compliance with the professional obligations at the level of the Board ( RR in the Luxembourg terminology) of the Funds serviced, Compliance and Senior Management;
Ensure that a process is in place to report suspicious activities in relation to the Funds’ activities and file report with the relevant authorities when required.
Strong experience and knowledge on AML / CTF laws and regulations applicable to the fund industry in Luxembourg (Min. 5 years)
Understanding of the Luxembourg, respectively EU laws and regulations relevant to the fund and asset management industry (UCITS / AIFMD)
Experience in reviewing existing control framework crafted to ensure regulatory compliance
Proficiency in English and in any additional languages useful for the position
Results-oriented, hardworking, deliver on time with a high level of attention to detail and quality standards
Initiative to identify and challenge operational improvements
Strong team and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a matrix structure
