We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate with an eye for creating compelling products and a passion for building new promotional channels.

She / he will be responsible for identifying new products and services, analyzing carriers P&L, running benchmarks, setting pricing points and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as building marketing plans.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying new products / services to launch, analyzing gaps and improvements on existing portfolio and overall increasing our program adoption.
  • Lead product launch process from a marketing perspective building communication for our customers on Amazon’ pages along with the tech teams.
  • Own goals around leads / traffic, carrier acquisition and other input drivers to achieve business growth.
  • Partnering with other internal Amazon teams to ensure successful implementation of all marketing related tools.
  • Conducting surveys, trainings, market researches and roundtables with Amazon partners to enhance the program.
  • Owning and driving projects to enhance user experience.
  • The position is based in Amazon’s EU Headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.


    Experience in marketing or e-commerce is highly desired. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.

  • Candidates must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Liaising and collaborating with external partners will also require negotiation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Fluency in English is required

  • Academic focus on Operations Management, Mathematics / Engineering or MBA.
  • Proficiency in SQL is desired
  • Experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics a strong plus
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, or other European languages
